With advanced technology dyeing machines that has monthly 1500 tons dyeing capacity dyeing and managing processes are made to fabrics such as Combed Cotton,Combed Fibre, Viscose, Polyester,Cotton Polyester, and Tencel. As a kier variety, there are 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, and 1000 kg of dyeing machines. Our facility makes automatic dye preparation systems and environmental friendly dyestuff and dyeing applications, and it always provides color consistency and continuity expected from customer side. In the facility, fabrics are followed-up by ERP systems and customer satisfaction is provided by giving clear and consistent information to customers. With special dry cleaning machines, cleaning fabric and dust removal are made both fast, economic, and environmental-friendly. The facility that has special Tumble Continuous dryers for winter season fabrics has 30 tons capacity per day for drying process.
